Please read this before driving to
Goodwheel Skatepark.
Goodwheel Skatepark and our insurer require a waiver for each
participant.
Skateboarders over 18 must fill out the waiver on each visit.
Skateboarders under 18 have 3 options:
1) Parent Sign Each Time. The skateboarder’s parent can come
to the park each time to fill out the waiver in person.
2) Notarize waiver. If a child is coming in with people that aren’t
his parent, the parent can download, print off the waiver and
have it notarized at a bank (or by any other notary). Each visit
will require a new notarized waiver.

3) EZ-Waiver Card. Purchase a 1 year Goodwheel Skatepark EZ-
Waiver Card and receive a card to present at the skatepark that
allows you quick entry without a new waiver each time.
Only the legal parent or guardian of the skateboarder with a
credit card in his or her name can complete the online
application.
Only $5 for the year.
